Leviatan Design, a company with extensive experience in complex projects, has recently secured two significant projects. The first, in collaboration with NATO, involves the design of buildings and storage platforms, including a heliport, at the Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base 57, scheduled for completion by 2024. This project is crucial for national security, given the international context.
The second project, obtained through a framework agreement with the Municipal Administration for the Consolidation of Buildings with Seismic Risk (estimated at over 60 million lei excluding VAT), involves energy audit services and the consolidation of 275 buildings in Bucharest. The four-year agreement includes two lots, both awarded to Leviatan Design.
Lot 1, valued at approximately 50 million lei excluding VAT, covers 225 notable historical monuments. Lot 2, already signed, is worth approximately 10 million lei excluding VAT and focuses on 50 non-heritage buildings. Through these projects, Leviatan Design highlights its commitment to cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions, showcasing its ability to manage complex projects and deliver at the highest standards.
